How do I return?
Visit our returns centerEnter your order number and email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Yes we offer exchanges and welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal.

How do I ship back the items?
Love Moda offers free return shipping labels for US customers. Using return shipping labels is the recommended way to return your item to us, as you will be able to track your return and receive your refund much more quickly than if you were to send your return back yourself.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned.
If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing. How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. All orders, including 2nd Day are processed within 1 to 4 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays. On rare occasions and for certain extended delivery zip codes, the order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service within 5 days of tracking stating it has been delivered.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. If for whatever reason your item is unavailable you will receive an email regarding a refund.
To ensure your security, LOVE MODA will take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. Your order may be canceled if it has not yet shipped by reaching out to Customer Service.
If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information. It is possible that your order may be canceled due to high volume periods. If your order is canceled, all charges will be automatically refunded.
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
Changing Shipping Address
If you would like to change your shipping address please contact Customer Service in time before we ship out your item, which is usually a few hours after your order is placed.
If there is an error in the shipping address and we are unable to locate your address, we will reach out to you via email to confirm your address.
Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
